This includes granting us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sub-licensable license to repurpose review content into PDF case studies that service providers listed on Lawyers Of Canada Directories Inc. may use and share to advertise their services and previous work.

Lawyers Of Canada Directories Inc. and its licensees may publicly display advertisements and other information adjacent to or included with User Content. You are not entitled to any compensation for such advertisements. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you.

Account Registration

As part of your use of the website, you may have the opportunity to create a account. You are responsible for your account and agree to provide, upon registration, and at all times maintain, accurate, current, and complete information. You may notify Lawyers Of Canada Directories Inc. if you believe another user has violated the Terms; however, Lawyers Of Canada Directories Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to investigate violations of and enforce the Terms.

As long as business owner permits the usage of their business images they will be hosted here along with the business information, but we reserve the right to remove any business images. If you believe there is a copyright violation, contact us immediately.

Review Guidelines

Lawyers Of Canada Directories Inc. reserves the right to review any listing for accuracy and retains the right to exclude any information or company from its directory.
